My Canadian Cabin was an idea waiting to be turned into a business solution. The goal was to connect people who want to buy a cottage directly with owners or real estate agents.

Solutions provided

U7 Solutions created a centralized messaging system for realtors and buyers to communicate. Real estate agents can upload their properties onto the site and benefit from the website’s traffic to increase their leads. Each property page (“node”) comes with a monthly subscription integrated with Stripe that charges a monthly fee to the owner.

The client was developing their website prototype and needed a bilingual logo with two separate names. The logo incorporated a waterfront property to help solidify the brand and mission to attract Canadians and cottage lovers who dream of owning a log home with land and access to water in Canada.

After creating a profile, sellers can post and manage properties with full control over their listing details. Potential buyers can reach out directly to a seller by using the centralized messaging system.
