Partner: 20% margin
You stay the primary contact with your clients. We handle operations and delivery behind the scenes. You earn 20% margin on every successful engagement.
Transition: 15% commission
You're ready to hand over client relationships gradually, on your timeline. You stay involved as long as makes sense, then step back when you're ready. You earn 15% commission on every client you transition, and you keep earning for the life of that relationship.
Refer: 10% commission
You introduce us to people who need what we do, and we handle everything from that point. No project management, no delivery, no ongoing responsibility. You earn 10% commission on every deal, with nothing further required from you.
