1. Scheduled check
Choose the URL, request method, cadence, timeout, accepted status codes, and the response conditions that matter for that endpoint.
2. Failure threshold
Require a configured pattern of consecutive failures before a state change, so brief noise doesn't reach your team.
3. Incident record
The application records response status, latency, a response excerpt, or the connection error, then tracks it as opened, acknowledged, and resolved.
4. Check history
Timestamps, status, and latency notes stay with the monitor, so the subsequent checks and the recovery arrive in context.

What it complements
Hosting notices, analytics, logs, and technical support, by adding configured endpoint checks and a separate monitoring history. It is not a replacement for those systems.
What monitoring does not do
It records configured conditions and surfaces incident data. It does not prevent downtime, repair a website, or guarantee that a notification arrives within a particular time.

They're built and operated by U7 Solutions. Workload Manager and GoHandbooks have their own sites and product teams, but the same organization stands behind them, and behind your support.
2Can we use more than one together?
Yes. Most teams run Workload Manager for delivery and GoHandbooks for the processes behind it. Tell us your setup and we'll recommend a sequence rather than selling you both at once.
3Where is our data hosted?
Workload Manager is Canadian-built and Canadian-hosted, and every organization can operate in its own isolated environment rather than a shared instance. We'll walk through the specifics for your jurisdiction on a call.
4What does GoHandbooks cost, and can we try it first?
Plans start at $9 per month for up to 3 users and 25 pages, $24 per month for 7 users and 100 pages, and $49 per month for 25 users and 500 pages. Larger organizations get a custom plan. Anyone can try the full platform on a 30-day free trial with no credit card.
5What does Upsquire actually monitor?

6Do you help with setup and training?
We do. Configuration, data migration, and team training are handled by the same multi-disciplinary team that builds the platforms, with no separate implementation vendor to manage.
