• Created a portal, so that members could easily find one another within the member directory, find contractors, keep track of projects, apply for funding, access reports, and more
Results achieved
Local 7 now has a modernized website, along with an intuitive membership portal containing important resources for both members and organization administrators. The following results are based on improvements made from one year prior to launching the new website, compared to one year after launching the new website:
• The website bounce rate decreased by just under 50%, which means website visitors spent more time on the website
